3. Appointments and Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation of appointments.  Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices for Services are subject to change without notice. We will provide you with a quote for Services before your appointment.  Payment is due at the time of service. We accept online payments, cash, credit, and debit

5. Return Policy

We at Atlanta Laser Lofts are committed to your satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to return an unused product or reschedule an appointment. Here's our policy to guide you:

Products:

• Unopened Products: We happily accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of your original purchase date. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Opened Products: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products due to hygiene reasons.

Rescheduling Appointments:

• We understand that life can get busy. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of [insert percentage or dollar amount] of the scheduled service price.

Returns Process:

• To initiate a return of an unopened product, please contact us at [phone number] or [email address]. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product.
• You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
• Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Exchanges:

• Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, you are welcome to return your unwanted product and use the refund to purchase a new one.

Exceptions:

• We reserve the right to deny returns or charge a restocking fee for products that are excessively damaged, opened beyond inspection, or returned after the 30-day window.
• This policy does not apply to gift certificates, which are non-refundable.
